Our rates are fully inclusive of all heating, power
and bedlinen, but please bring your own towels.
No extra charges are made for hirers' pets, but we
do ask that these are kept out of the bedrooms.
For bookings made more than 28 days in advance,
a deposit of one third of the hire charge is payable,
with the balance being due 28 days before arrival.
For bookings made 28 days or less before arrival,
the full amount is required with the booking form.
Telephone/email bookings are welcome, but must be
confirmed within 4 days by deposit & booking form.
Keys are available after 3pm on your arrival day,
                    to be returned before 10am on your departure day.
All damages and breakages are to be paid for by hirer.
Beyond the statutory safety provisions, we cannot accept
responsibility for people or belongings during your stay.
Hirer's cancellation is at their own risk - we reserve the
right not to refund any monies already paid to us.
