The intent of these reflections is to present
the author's spontaneous response to the 'Tao te Ching'
of Lao Tsu,
moderated by some degree of mature pondering. In essence
they comprise simply an imaginative interpretation,
and are by no means a translation from the original, for
which I have no appropriate background or scholarship.
My hope is that visitors may glean some
pointers of inspiration, stimulation and relevance to
their everyday lives,
perhaps from the 'reflections' themselves, or from the
pithy commentary which attempts to 'earth' their
significance.
However, if we are no wiser at the end than at the
beginning, there are at least some pretty pictures along
the way!
